The project was implemented in partnership with Lithuanian counterparts, namely Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and Central Project Management Agency, with the aim to build up an efficient institutional and legislative framework for strategic planning in the state administration and contributed to the enhancement of the capacity of the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds and other stakeholders in the area of strategic planning.
