The project also includes the development of hydrological models and a training programme for strengthening the institutional capacity. Guidance notes will be prepared on flood risks, flood protection measures, potential impacts of climate change, stakeholder participation and the preparation of the flood risk management plan for Croatia according to the EU Floods Directive.
