Twinning Project Final Event: Support to the Gender Equality
On Wednesday, the 12th July 2017, the Governmental Office for Gender Equality of the Republic of Croatia and the National Institute for Health and Welfare of the Republic of Finland will organize the final event of the Twinning project „Support to Gender Equality\” in the premises of the hotel Dubrovnik, ban Zrinski hall.
The objective of this Twinning project, worth 600,000 € (570,000 € EU funds, 30,000 € national funding) was to increase public awareness and trust in protection of citizens from gender-based discrimination in the Republic of Croatia and to enhance coordinated implementation, monitoring and evaluation of gender equality principles. Project has strengthened the institutional mechanisms for gender equality and efficiency of judiciary in the area of gender based discrimination.
