The achieved results of the project are the further harmonization of road transport and road safety legislation with the acquis communautaire, the introduction of an efficient control system including inspections on the roadside and in companies’ premises, in particular with respect to driving and rest time and to strengthen the capacity of the institutions in charge of traffic control and other relevant stakeholders.
