In the context of the Structural Funds and Cohesion Policy Instruments, the document drafted by a Member State and approved by the Commission to implement a Community Support Framework/National Strategic Reference Framework. It contains a consistent set of priorities comprising multi-annual measures. It may be implemented through recourse to one or more Funds, to one or more of the other existing financial instruments and to the EIB.
U kontekstu strukturnih fondova i instrumenata kohezijske politike, dokument koji izrađuje država članica i odobrava Komisija za provedu Okvira za potporu Zajednice/Nacionalnog strateškog referentnog okvira. Sadrži konzistentan niz prioriteta koji čine višegodišnje mjere. Može se provoditi korištenjem jednog ili više fondova te jednog ili više financijskih instrumenata te kroz EIB.
