One of the strategic objectives of the Central Finance and Contracting Agency (CFCA) is dissemination of knowledge acquired within the process related to management of projects financed by the European Union (through training of employees in key partner and beneficiary institutions) as well as the strengthening of its own administrative capacities.
In this respect, the CFCA commenced with implementation of systematic training programmes in 2009, when the Education Department (today: Education Service) within the Education and Human Resource Management Directorate was established. The primary tasks of the Education Service are development and organization of various educational activities foreseen for CFCA employees and employees of public administration bodies in charge for preparation, implementation, control and/or supervision over implementation of projects financed from EU pre-accession funds, as well as for beneficiaries of the projects financed by structural instruments.
